The Insiders

People You Don’t Know About

One thing you must know about GOD is – he always comes when he’s invited.

An invitation to GOD should originate from your heart. Ask yourself, why am I looking for GOD? What do I need him around for? Why do I want him in my life? And what am I willing to give up to be in his presence?

These are all good questions you need to ask yourself regularly. Simply because you may have asked the Lord to come into your life and to be your Lord and Savior. Which is the epitome of salvation, truly the answer to every question and solution. Once you’re saved and continue down the road to salvation on your way to glory, to be with him eternally in heaven and there on, you must make sure that, indeed, you are walking on the right road. The Bible speaks of two gates, one is narrow and straight, the other is broad and wide.

The Narrow Gate

“Enter at the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who are going through it, because small is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14.

From salvation to the day that you leave your physical body, check your lifestyle. Are you living a saved life? Or are you living and acting like a mixed drink?

Mixed Drink

You can find mixed drinks in bars, at a party, barbecues, or at home.  No one has a mixed drink,  and spends the rest of their life focusing it. You may enjoy a mixed drink occasionally, but you go on to something else.

As Christians, we are not supposed to live our life like a mixed drink. Taking some of the Christian lifestyle and a mixing it with  worldly lifestyle together and live this way. No, the Bible tells us to come out of the world, which means for those of us who don’t understand, is to get the world out of us.

The Creator of the world encourages us to transform our minds. GOD is a deep thinker, full of revelation, he would never ask us to do something that isn’t possible.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of GOD.”  Romans 12:2

So, when we say, “I can’t live like that, or he didn’t mean it”. Oh yes, he did. He meant for you to come out of the world, which means the ways and lifestyle of the world, into living a Godly lifestyle.

And for those of you who really want to go up the mountain, climbing to see GOD to walk and converse with him.The views you see and experiences you have with him will change you and your life forever.   You’re one of the insiders, living amongst the people but not following their lifestyles.

I use the metaphor “the world is like a drink” because the world is constantly changing its taste and flavors. There is no authenticity in the world and that’s because the one true GOD, Jehovah, the father of the Lord Jesus Christ, is not connected to the world’s way. He doesn’t play the worlds games. The world has a demigod, a false GOD, leading them down a path of darkness and destruction.

People who live the world’s lifestyle are never thrilled and are always looking for more. It’s one trend after another with them. And it doesn’t matter how much money they have. They use GOD as a drink, using his name in a stylish way when it seems appropriate in certain settings. Like when they get up on stage to win an Oscar or a music award, they boldly say “first I want to thank GOD”–and while it’s great to show gratitude to GOD, when you live like hell for the rest of the time, what difference does it make?

Who are you fooling? You’re not an insider?

You fool no one, most of all not GOD, because one thing about nonbelievers’ they can smell a phony a mile away.

GOD, Hidden in Plain Sight!

Do you know why GOD’s word is so anointed? It’s because it’s him;  the Bible says “and the word was GOD. No one else came up with these commandments, statues, regulations, blessings, or curses. They originated out of his mind, and he is one with his word. So, if you want to know GOD and be in his presence, grasp his word. Seek him through his word and live the word that you read. You need to breathe it to live it.

You can’t just have hidden knowledge because, with GOD, you will not get so much understanding if you don’t really want him. He’s a treasure hidden in plain sight. He’s only available to those who really want him to live in their heart but in their home where he is lord over everything they own. GOD is faithful, so he doesn’t want to be connected to unfaithful people.

To live with GOD means you live in a secret place that you can only be ushered into by him. It’s like you are blindfolded and then brought into a glorious place that you couldn’t find on your own. Once you’re there, he takes the blindfold off and you delight and see things you never seen before.

For those of us who live there, you are happy beyond measure to be with him because, although he’s invisible to your natural eyes, you can feel him in your room. He engulfs every area of you as you lay your life to him.

Who are the insiders?

GOD said, “Blessed are the poor in spirit for they shall see GOD.” Poor people usually have very little. They may not have a fancy car or home. They may be missing items that people with money, have. Perhaps their plates don’t match, or they only have three of them. The forks are old and bent, and there’s not a entire set in the drawer. The tablecloth is worn from being washed so much. And that bed has lumps in it. They live in places where most don’t want to live.

If that poor person has a sincere relationship with the Lord; one where they give themselves to him daily – relying on him for their needs and wants, they have become rich.  They have the kind of richness that cannot be bought! They display a single heartedness to GOD.

He becomes the center of the universe. They rely on him for their resources. They count on him to cover, lead, and protect their children.  He is an invisible bright star to them and if you got the pleasure of having a conversation with them you would discover that bright light that burns in their eyes and wonder how could they be so joyous?  It’s because they’re the insiders – people who have a direct connection to the father Almighty GOD.

Unbeknownst to you, not only do they keep their life going, but they keep yours going too. They are silent helpers helping you to stay above ground. You may ask how so?  Prayer, that’s the answer. GOD told us to pray for one another it’s part of his mandate.

And so, when the insiders are praying for you it’s often because GOD calls your name to them.  They are praying that you have life. And that GOD show his mercy to you and forgive you for your sins. The insiders are asking GOD to open your eyes and show you the truth. They’re also asking GOD to correct anything in your life that is not part of his plan. To deliver you from drugs, and an ungodly marriage, homelessness, depression, cancer, sickness, and more. The insider is asking GOD to show up in your life and be your father and not just your creator.

He tickles their heart and drops images of who he is asking them to pray for. Therefore, this is why GOD is so profound because everybody in the world is prayed for unbeknownst to them. I’m speaking of those who don’t pray daily or call on GOD to invite him into your home.

They are missing so much; they don’t even know that the Lord communicates with his children they are not insiders. Because the insiders live on a mountaintop, although their physical body may be down in the valley. Now they live life on another level. Do they cry? Why yes! They do, but they have an Anchor at the core of them who keeps them strong and protected with great promises that he will not fail.

The Bible says that GOD is not a man that he should lie neither son of man that he should repent. If you haven’t noticed, that is one of my favorite scriptures. Another one of my favorite scriptures is:

Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your GOD with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and great commandment. (Matthew 22).

Success,

Diana
